Carol Harris Wall

Carol Harris Wall , a native of St.Louis, graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, Columbia, with post graduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis. She worked with Team Four before joining Mitch at the firm, Mitchell Wall Architecture & Design. Carol runs the business – everything business related is on her plate. And she loves it. Carol loves the synergism at the office and the dynamic interactions that occur in the multidisciplinary design studio. However; she doesn't know anything about AutoCad and you don't want her to design a box.

Carol is one of the founding members and past board member of Spirit of St. Louis Women's Organization, founded by Shelby Schagrin and Susan Block. Carol is active in the community and co-chaired, with Gayle Palmer, the Designer Trees for Children's Hospital, under the auspices of Peabody Energy and Lisa Boyce. Every year, Mitchell Wall dedicates itself to one community service activity: Miriam School's new library; apartments for visiting artists to the Repertory Theatre and Opera Theatre St. Louis; Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA); Voices for Children; Ronald McDonald House and Children's Hospital. Additionally, Carol privately supports American Diabetes Association; Children's Hospital; and Kansas University.

In 2006, the first University of Kansas School of Architecture and Urban Design student was awarded the Mitchell Wall/Class of 1971 scholarship. This endowed fund is granted an a need base by the family and friends of Mitchell Wall. Carol is married and lives with Rob Ciampoli. They, in turn, live with Sophia and Charlotte, their mutant basset hounds.
